Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Cut bacon in to bite size pieces and spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice, until bacon is crispy and the fat is rendered.
Remove bacon pieces to a paper towel covered plate to drain
Toss halved Brussels sprouts with rendered bacon fat and maple syrup. Stir to thoroughly combine and coat everything with both fat and syrup. Sprinkle with salt.
Roast Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes, stirring a couple times.
Add the bacon pieces back to the baking sheet and toss to combine with the Brussels sprouts. Return to the oven. Roast for another 3-5 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are fork tender and golden.
